2000 - The history of CMI dates back to the year 2000 when the Spanish company Miesa created it to execute several cogeneration projects for three new hotels under construction in the Uvero Alto-Bávaro area of the Dominican Republic.
2001.- We built a fourth cogeneration plant within the Hotel Fiesta Bávaro with a production of 12 MW to supply energy to several hotels in the area.
2002.- CMI is consolidated as a company of services of construction of industrial facilities within the hotel area. We expand our range of services with Operation and Maintenance of power plants.
2003.- A collaboration agreement is established with Carrier-Technical Assistance to cover the supply and maintenance needs of cold generation plants.
2004-2007.- CMI executes comprehensive projects for industrial services in the hotel sector in the Caribbean area, mainly covering the countries of the Dominican Republic and Mexico.
